Nobel Prize Royal Fashion Post

In preparation of the upcoming Nobel Prize Ceremony, I decided to take a small look back at the most recent gowns worn by Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria and Princess Madeleine of Sweden. So, here we go:

First stop, Queen Silvia.

L-T: 2010, 2011,2012 and 2013

L-T: 2010, 2011,2012 and 2013

Second stop, Crown Princess Victoria.

L-T: 2010,2011,2012 and 2013

L-T: 2010,2011,2012 and 2013

In the 2011 picture, she’s several months pregnant with Princess Estelle and the 2013, is from the Concert; as she did not attend the Ceremony itself, because she was at Nelson Mandela’s funeral.

Then, we go to Princess Madeleine, she hasn’t attended several ceremonies in recent years, so the photos are both from 2012.

That being said, this year the whole family is expected to be in attendance. This include Chris O’Neill (Madeleine’s husband) and Sofia Hellqvist (Carl Philip’s fiancé), so that should be interesting to see.

What can I say? I am a mixed bag of everything, sprinkled with a tad of humor and a bit of fire and blood.

  1. Lisa says:

I think we’re all waiting to see in Sofia will turn up in a tiara. If she does, the SRF is doomed.

    • I know, I’ll be checking soon for pictures and see if she got one. The SRF was doomed the moment they announced their engagement, IMO.

Did you see Silvia’s reaction? She wasn’t pleased. Madeleine only said: Congratulations to my brother and his future wife. Victoria as far as I know, she hasn’t offered congratulations 😉
