150th Anniversary of the Battle of Heligoland

Recently, two Crown Princesses took part in the ceremony to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Heligoland. Both women, CP Mette-Marit of Norway and CP Mary of Denmark attended.

Of course, the solemn occasion went according to plan, both women attended wearing sober clothing and it would have been a good thing save for the following:

And here she is, CP Mary making this sort of face. Can someone please explain me why is this type of behavior is ok? This is a solemn moment and yet, here she is, making this face and it’s quite frankly off putting.

She’s a Crown Princess, future Queen Consort and this sort of behavior should not be taking place. She is in a ceremony to honor the men who served and lost their lives. She should behave accordingly.

Thumbs down Mary.
